Opening hours and closing days

We operate on an appointment system. Patients with acute illnesses are asked to come to the acute care clinic.
We ask infectious patients (people with acute respiratory infections) to wear a face mask to reduce the spread of pathogens.

Please only use the urgent care consultation for sudden, acute symptoms, e.g.:

  • Fever, severe pain, acute respiratory infections

  • Urinary tract infection, nausea

  • Injuries/accidents (unless life-threatening)

  • After a work or commuting accident, the primary focus is on...
    Visit a designated doctor (D-doctor).

For all planned matters, please make an appointment, e.g.:

  • Vaccinations, preventive care/check-ups, health advice

  • Discussions of findings, medical certificates

  • Rehabilitation/Spa Applications

  • Chronic disease appointments, DMP,

  • Medication/prescription requests (plannable)

  • Referrals and general inquiries without acute symptoms

Notes

  • Please always bring your health insurance card and, if applicable, your vaccination certificate to your appointment.

  • Emergencies will be treated immediately and therefore given priority; we ask for your understanding.

  • In case of emergencies outside our opening hours, please contact the on-call medical service. You can reach them at   116 117 .

  • In life-threatening emergencies , call the emergency services on 112 !
